Information We Collect
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for our services, join our waitlist, or register for parcel services.
- Parcel Information: Package tracking numbers and delivery details for our parcel hub services.
- Account Information: Login credentials for staff and registered customers.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including pages viewed, interactions with our AI assistant, and general browsing activity. This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 (see "Analytics & Cookies" below).
How We Use Your Information
- Parcel Notifications: To send SMS and email alerts when your packages arrive or are ready for pickup.
- Service Updates: To notify you about your mailbox rental, orders, or account status.
- Waitlist Communications: To inform you about our grand opening and special offers (only if you opted in).
- Analytics: To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve our services.
Data Collection, Retention, and Mild Espionage
We use highly advanced, enterprise-grade AI architecture to remember your coffee preferences. Yes, technically speaking, Elise (our digital barista) is "spying" on your chat history. However, she only cares about your caffeine habits.
When you log in and chat with Elise, she maintains a secure, lightweight memory index of your vibe—like the fact that you strictly drink oat milk, despise matcha, or need an extra shot of espresso on Mondays. We do not sell your chat data to ad networks, data brokers, or the government. We literally just use it to ask if you want "the usual" so you feel like a VIP when you walk in.
Note: Elise's memory is strictly for coffee and pastries. Please do not confess crimes to the coffee bot.
A quick note on your PECO bill: We know AI takes a lot of computing power, but Elise runs in the cloud, not on the South Philly grid. Our AI provider legally committed to paying for their own power infrastructure so their massive electricity costs aren't secretly passed on to local ratepayers. Silicon Valley pays Elise's electric bill, not your neighborhood.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our website. GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish unique users and sessions.
Information collected by GA4 includes pages visited, time spent on the site, referral source, browser type, device type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party providers solely to operate our services:
- Anthropic (Claude): Powers Elise, our AI barista, to process chat messages and securely remember your coffee preferences. We specifically chose Anthropic over other AI companies for two reasons: 1) Their strict policy against developing autonomous weapons for the military, and 2) Their public, financial commitment to paying for 100% of their data centers' grid upgrades so consumer electricity prices don't spike. - Square: Payment processing for online and in-store orders.
- Supabase: Secure database hosting and user authentication.
- Twilio: SMS/text message delivery for parcel and order notifications.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery.
- Google Analytics 4: Website usage analytics (see above).

We send SMS notifications for the following purposes:
- Package arrival notifications
- Pickup reminders
- Service-related alerts
Message frequency varies based on parcel activity. Message and data rates may apply.
